Auto Acknowledgement Email Issue For EMail Response, error: Not connected to FSM...Cannot remove request state file CommOutboundMgr

One function in Email Response is the automatic sending of an email to acknowledge receipt of the inbound email.
In 184.108.40.206 it was found that this automatic acknowledgement email sending failed.
This failure was accompanied by error messages in the log files:
