Using Open UI, Strange behavior is seen while adding same document twice under attachments.
1.Open an account or an opportunity.
2.Open the sub-tab "Attachments".
3.Add a file with the button "New File".
4.Try to add the same file again with the button "New File" --> Nothing happens after selecting the file.
5.Press the "F5" key. --> The file from step 3 disappears.
6.Add a file with the button "New File".
7.Add another file with the button "New File".
8.Add the file from step 6 with the button "New File".
9.Try to save the file from step 8. The system complains that there is already a document with the same name. Click in the pop up applet of the system message "Cancel" --> The file disappears, only an empty data row is left.
