Client had a requirement to send files to an external system via Web Service via simple HTTP. It works most of the time, but apparently it fails for large files with the error:
SBL-EAI-04116: HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'The connection with the server was terminated abnormally', code: '12030'
