SBL-DAT-00263 While Merging Loyalty Members (Doc ID 1679181.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to merge Loyalty members, the following error occurs.
SBL-DAT-00263 ->  The record 'Member #: xxx, SHM Program Name: yyy' can't be merged by you because you are not marked primary.(SBL-DAT-00263)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Loyalty Members List
2. Select Loyalty Member which has primary position a position <> than the one of the currently logged in user
3. select another member
4. select Edit > Merge records
