Imprep fails with an error 'Unable to find store_history.sql' (Doc ID 1681366.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded Siebel 8.0 to 8.1.  Post upgrade when "imprep" process is executed, the last step fails with the following error :

Unable to open file 'store_history.sql'

Checked and the file cannot be found under "/oracle/" directory. But the file exists under "/oracle/upgrade/V8_0/".
