Symptoms

On : 8.2.2.4 SIA [23030] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Display mode is changed in Open UI and it is coming with text box

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
it should come as hyperlink

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Application , open UI mode
2. go to sitemap
3. open Siebel help desk and home page
