Remote eConfigurator: Unable To Connect To Server (SBL-SVC-00203)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Application Object Manager (AOM) does not time out/close remote eConfigurator connection although parameters are correctly set on AOM and remote eConfigurator. Expected behavior would be that AOM should close connection to remote eConfigurator after <Product Configurator - Keep Alive Time of Idle Session> seconds. For this we recommend to set
Product Configurator - Keep Alive Time of Idle Session (AOM) < ConnIdleTime (remote eConfigurator)
Product Configurator - Keep Alive Time of Idle Session = 300
Remote eConfigurator setting:
ConnIdleTime = 301
Remote eCfg has closed it's session after 301 seconds while AOM does not close connection at all. You will get following error:

SBL-SVC-00203: Not connected to the server.
