When Siebel server is patched to 188.8.131.52 Patchset 8 where DEU language is installed the application object manager does not start. The following error can be seen the in the AOM logs -
GenericLog GenericError 1 000000025398a1b0:0 2014-06-11 06:23:18 (smimtsrv.cpp (703) err=1376403 sys=126) SBL-SMI-00147: Version check failed because: Error: cannot get version of installed components (DEU )
Other languages are not affected.
