On : 126.96.36.199 Clinical:
When adding a user to a protocol and clicking rolldown, region team history is not populated even though regions required is checked
it is expected that region team history be populated in addition to protocol team history.
The issue can be reproduced at will in the Sample Database/Application with the following steps:
1. Log in to Application, go to Administration - Clinical > Protocol
2. Add a team member to the Protocol that starts with AMX and click position rolldown
3. go to Site Map > Regions. Employee was added to the region, but the team history view is not updated
