Open Ui Application Hangs When Navigation To Other View. (Doc ID 1684411.1)

Symptoms

Statement of Issue:
-------------------
Open UI: Application hangs during navigation when Application_PreNavigate has RaiseErrorText.

Environment:
-------------------
8.1.1.10 [23021]

Steps:
-------------------
1.Version 8.1.1.10 with latest QF: QF0102009
2.Set a profile attribute in WriteRecord method of 'Responsibility' BC.
TheApplication().SetProfileAttr("Test123", "Test123");

2. In Application PreNavigate method write the below code.

Application > Siebel Financial Services > Edit Server Script:

function Application_PreNavigate (DestViewName, DestBusObjName)
{

if(TheApplication().GetProfileAttr("Test123") == "Test123")
{
TheApplication().RaiseErrorText("Test error msg on PreNavigate");
return(CancelOperation);
}
return (ContinueOperation);
}

3. Compile the SRF.
4. Log into Siebel client application "Siebel Financial Services" connected
to sample db.
5. Sitemap > Administration - Application > Responsibilities.
6. create a new responsibility or update the name of any existing
responsibility and save the record.
4. Now try to navigate to another view.
5. Cursor will remain busy for some time and then it will be refreshed. New
tab will be highlighted but the view will be the same.
6. Press F5 or refresh the application from browser refresh button.
7. View will be refreshed and error msg will poped up and then the
application will hang for ever.
8. This happens only in Open UI. Works as expected in HI client.



Expected Behavior:
-------------------
The application should not hang and should display the message from the RaiseErrorText.

Actual Behavior:
-------------------
The application hangs and does not display message from the RaiseErrorText.
