Error SBL-EAI-50228 still occurs when trying to create a file after path added to EAIFileTransportFolders in .cfg file. (Doc ID 1901219.1)

Statement of Issue:

After migrating to 8.1.1.11.8, when a workflow is executed in the Process Simulator, an error is occurring when the workflow tries to write a file to a directory other that the Siebel temporary folder. The following has been added to the .cfg that the dedicated web client started by the Simulator is using:

[EAIFileTransportConfigSubsys]
EAIFileTransportFolders = D:\Temp;C:\Temp
