IE browser hangs while trying to load/install ActiveX objects after logging in to Siebel 8.1.1.11 HI Web Client (Doc ID 1902877.1)

Siebel 8.1.1.11

ISSUE STATEMENT:
----------------
Customer upgraded to SIA 8.1.1.11 version, after which they start the IE browser and log into the Siebel web client application object manager, the ActiveX objects download and the browser starts to hang.

WHERE IT HAPPENED:
-------------------------------
The issue happens in customer's test environment.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-------------------------------
The behaviour occurs as follows:

1. Install SIA 8.1.1.11 application on the environment.

2. Launch Siebel client url for web client login, log into the application, ActiveX objects download and the browser hangs.

BEHAVIOR PATTERN:
-------------------------------
The behavior occurs consistently whenever trying to use IE browser to access HI Siebel 8.1.1.11 web client and while it is trying to download the ActiveX objects.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-------------------------------
The expected behaviour is that the Siebel client login should download the ActiveX object and log the user in completely.

WHAT IS NOT WORKING/ACTUAL RESULTS:
-------------------------------------
The actual result is that the browser hangs.

LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY / BUSINESS IMPACT:
------------------------------
Due to the browser hanging, the user is never logged into the application, cannot use the application.

ERROR MESSAGE:
-------------------
There are no error messages that occurs with this issue, just incorrect behaviour.
