Symptoms

IRM on 8.1.1.10 is successfully finished and new SRF is compiled. After Siebel Server starts up, an web client is launched then the following error is returned on the browser.

The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again. [11:54:54]
