Symptoms

On : 8.2.2.4 SIA [23030] version, Client Functionality

Configuration has been done on a custom BC to enable DeDuplication. The configuration performed are similar to the "Account" BC. However, when attempting to create a new record with DeDuplication enabled for the custom BC, an error is seen.

ERROR

"Unable to load message 0xffff(SBL-GEN-00000)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable DeDuplication on a Custom BC
2. Create a new record on the Custom BC
3. Error above is seen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is preventing DeDuplication to fail on custom BC
