ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

the field ' Last Accrual Transaction Date' is not updated when an accrual transaction is processed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
the field ' Last Accrual Transaction Date' should be updated when an accrual transaction is processed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
New Member is created and the Last Accrual Transaction Date is NULL, Now the accrual is processed and it doesn't update the field with processed date because it was NULL.
1. Create a Loyalty member
2. Review the LAST_ACCRL_TXN_DATE in the db for this member, it is set to NULL
3. Process an accrual transaction, LAST_ACCRL_TXN_DATE is still set to NULL
