We Can't Attach Large Marketing List File (Doc ID 1905874.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, IBM AIX 6.1 platform, IBM HTTP web server

When attempting to upload a Siebel attachment near 500 MB, after 2 minutes below warning messages is displayed and attachment operation fails.


ERROR

Session Warning: The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again
Unable to upload (SBL-UIJ-00430)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access URL http://<webserver>/fins_ptb (a High Interactivity component)
2. Navigate Activities > Activities List > Attachments
3. Upload a file near 50 MB size.
4.The below 2 messages are displayed:
  Session Warning: The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again
  Unable to upload (SBL-UIJ-00430)
