When upgrading to Siebel 18.104.22.168, printing of FulFillments no longer works in Open UI.
When selecting a merged correspondence and clicking “Print”, an empty dialog appears with "Why can't I see this applet...?".
1. Navigate to Site Map > Fulfillment.
2. Locate a Fulfillment item with a document status of 'Completed'.
3. Click the 'Print' button.
An empty dialog displays with the following:
