OpenUI: Dropdown Drifts Away From Original Position in Campaign Management

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.9 [23016] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
pick list applet drift away from original position and the its close when trying to select one of the selection.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
pick list applet maintain its original position

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in Siebel CallCenter App with IE9
  2. Site Map
  3. Campaign Management
  4. New Campaign
  5. Drill down on the new created campaign
  6. Select the Design Tab
  7. Note the pick list below the design tab
  8. Make your browser window smaller so there is an horizontal scroll bar
  9. Move the horizontal scroll bar down
  10. Click on the Design Tab again.

Result: Issue was reproduce where the pick list moves away from the 'design' tab
