Open UI: Business Service Import not working (Doc ID 1910247.1)

Unable to import Business Services

Siebel Open UI

1. "Administration - Business Service" > Details
2. Menu > Import > Choose
3. Select a BS xml > OK
4. The dialogue display again 'Choose File' and 'No file chosen', i.e. it does not keep the selection.
