Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Client Functionality

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selected Import Rule Set through Menu option, users not able to select the file for importing.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When selected Import Rule Set through Menu option, users should be able to select the file for importing.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login to Siebel Application 8.1.1.11 / Patchset 8.

2. Navigate to Administration - Integration > EAI Dispatch Service View.

3. Click Menu > Import Rule Set.

4. Click Browse and select .XML ruleset file.

5. Result - the selected .XML file not getting selected.



This is the same behavior even in Administration - Data Validation > Rule Sets.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use import rule set functionality through Menu option.
