Error 74 Applying Patch Rel 9 - Misleading documentation in PatchSet installation guide (Doc ID 1912536.1)

Goal

Correct the documentation in PatchSet installation guide.

PatchSet Installation guide > To install Patchsets for Siebel Mobile Web Client:

8. Navigate to the location where the patch was downloaded, such as
C:\Siebel_Patch_Image\8.1.1.11.qf0101001\Windows\Client\Siebel_Web_Client\Opatch.
NOTE: The preceding navigation path uses 0101001 as an example. Adjust the navigation path based on the Patchset release you are implementing.

#9. Modify the opatch.bat file as follows and save the file.
For information about a known issue with applying patches on the Siebel Mobile Web Client using OPatch, see "Applying QuickFixes For Dedicated Client Using OPatch on Siebel 8.1.1.11 causes an error" on My Oracle Support. To access this article, from within My Oracle Support, navigate to the Knowledge tab and search for Article ID 1518421.1.

10. Run opatch to apply the patch.
C:\sia81\Client_1\Opatch>Opatch apply
C:\Siebel_Patch_Image\8.1.1.11.qf0101001\Windows\Client\Siebel_Web_Client

In step 8 it mentions to modify the opatch.bat file under the installation media subfolder, whereas in steps 9 and 6 is mentions running the patchset installation from the client's opatch subfolder.

This is incorrect and should be changed
