Open UI: high number of queries on S_UI_* tables impact performance

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The login process and navigation with the Open UI client cause a high system load. This results in a 2-3 times slower performance when compared with an HI client. The log files show that there is an excessive high number of queries on two of the manifest base tables S_UI_OBJECT and S_UI_FILE.
