Customer getting error while creating the cases in Cases tab, this error occurs when they are stepping out from the record. Error invoking service 'Universal Inbox', method 'CreateInboxEx' at step 'CreateInbox For Owner'.

1.  Create a Case.
2.  Step out of the record.
3.  Error is thrown.
