Error When Calling Some Workflows Based on Workflow Policy Violations (SBL-DAT-00523) (Doc ID 1913513.1)

On : SIA [23012] version, Siebel Workflow

When attempting to work on a Service Request after adding an attachment,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a workflow policy that runs a service request workflow when an attachment is added.
2. Add an Attachment to a Service Request
3. Continue to work on the Service Request
4. Attempt to save your work
5. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users lose their work/changes from time to time and must refresh the UI.
