Goal

There are more than 300 individual queries to S_UI_FILE during login with Open UI (on 8.1.1.11 Patchset 3)
delaying the login up to a minute (depending on how many repositories there are)

It also seems hugely inefficient to query on only one table and one row id at a time for the Open UI manifests. If we set a search spec on all the business components in the "Manifest Open UI" project to only search on one repository, we are able to improve the performance again.

(We have 24 custom entries in the application manifest administration.)
