Symptoms

Query Assistant on MVG throws error when performing Save Query.

ERROR

 "Unable to load message 0xffff(SBL-GEN-00000)".

ENVIRONMENT
----------------------
Siebel Server 8.2.2.4 patch set 9

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Error popup will be displayed with the message "Unable to load message 0xffff(SBL-GEN-00000)" after performing save query.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to use save query without any error.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- sitemap>Evidence>Contacts then New Evidence.
- select Case Name MVG.
- Click on "Query" in the MVG and then on "Query Assistant".
- Enter the search criteria in the fields, Click on "Save Query" and save criteria as new PDQ in the Save Query popup.
- Click "Go" on the Query Assistant popup. Control comes back to the MVG applet with the search results based on the saved PDQ.
- Click "Query" again ( MVG Applet disappears ).

- Again Open the Case MVG.
- Click on "Query" in the MVG and then on "Query Assistant".
- Enter the search scriteria in the fields.
- Click on "Save Query".
- Error popup will be displayed with the message "Unable to load message 0xffff(SBL-GEN-00000)".
