Siebel Lead Import - Exact Match Not Working. (Doc ID 1915202.1)

On : [23021] version, Siebel Marketing

Lead UPDATE is not working.

It is expected that Lead is updated accordingly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created txt file

- New contact
- New Lead
- Existing Account
- Existing Product

Txt File:
fst_name last_name email_addr Description Location Account Lead Product Prospect_Id
Lead_Last_10 Lead_First_6 Ven_Deal_24Feb014_Prod1_NEW 1004713474 ABC Account Penalty Charges 1-J1F9
Lead_Last_10 Lead_First_6 Ven_Deal_24Feb014_Prod1_NEW 1004713474 ABC Account PS Generic Vehicle 1-J1F9

2) Created Lead Job Import:

Import Mode: Import New Records
Match Resolution Guideline: Overwrite Existing Record
Exact Match: First Name/Last Name/Email Address

3) Activate:

2 New Leads created - 1 for each Product

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have leads updated.
