3rd Level View Tabs Disappear In Siebel 8.1.1.11 In Open UI When Using Chrome (Doc ID 1915842.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Configuration - General


In OpenUI application with chrome browser > third level view bar is disappearing. Service Request screen > (Third Level View bar ) custom View tab "Child Service Request" >> selecting the view tab > all view tabs disappearing.

This issue reproducible with chrome & Internet Explorer (version 11) browser using specific view web templates (“View Detail 3 (Parent with Pointer) or “View Detail 3 Multi child" .

Issue is using Out of box view web-template “View Detail 3 (Parent with Pointer)” , ‘third-level view-bar’ tabs are missing in chrome browser.

Test case:
1) Siebel tools > Lock and modify ‘TNT SHM Opportunity - Sub Opportunity Recurrence View’ template to ‘View Detail 3 (Parent with Pointer)”.
2) Compile the changes to SRF & Open fins OpenUI application using chrome browser
3) Navigate to Opportunity screen > My Opportunities > drill down on Opportunity record > select 'Sub Opportunity detail view tab.

 Test results: In chrome & Internet Explorer (version 11) browser ‘third-level view-bar’ completely missing.
