Error in Log File for CreateSession under WS BeginConfigurationPortOrder (Doc ID 1919387.1)

Symptoms

Customer gets following error in EAI OM logfile at ProductConfiguratorOrder - BeginConfigurationPortOrder webservice:

1) ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000001a53f61744:0 2014-08-21 10:23:36 (vodbroker.cpp (3695)) SBL-ISS-00121: The Item can not be found.; Type ISS_PROD_DEF; Identifier 1-4DWWN

2) eProdCfgLog LogInfo 3 0000001a53f61744:0 2014-08-21 10:23:36 CSSCxObjInstService::CreateSession() - [User] = SADMIN established configurator session with parameters:, [Task Id] = 49283082, [Integration Object Name] = SIS OM Asset, [Header Id] = 1-4DWWN, [Line Item Id] = 1-4DJOD, [Product Id] = 1-4DWWN
