The following behavior was reproduced with Open UI client : When user drilldowns to a record that no longer exist, the expected error message appears, but the busy icon appears and stay for a long period.
Example on how this issue is reproduced in Service request screen:
1. Navigate to OpenUI Service Request home page screen
2. Try to drilldown on any of the "Recent Records" link where the user doesn't have access.
3. Below error message is displayed:
When clicking "Recent Record" hyperlink, if the user doesn't have access to that record, it displays following error:
You do not have the privileges required to view detailed information for this record. Please contact your systems administrator if you would like access to this record.(SBL-DAT-00309)"
4. Above error is expected, however the application is not giving back control to user until 20-30+ seconds. Only after 20 + seconds, user will be able to select "Back" button.
