What privileges should be granted when the existing table is recreated? (Doc ID 1921109.1)

Goal

When the new tables are created as part of the database configuration or via Siebel Tools, necessary privileges are automatically granted to SSE_ROLE. However, these tables may need to be manually recreated for several occasions, such as object reorganization/relocation. When privileges should be granted then? Without these privileges, select and other statemants against the table fail with ORA-00942.
