Siebel Upgrade Failing with ORA-00942: table or view does not exist (Doc ID 1921516.1)

Goal

Siebel upgrade - Synch Physical And Logical Indexes Step (Upgphys) the following error is shown in the syncidx2.log file:

Note: Siebel upgrade from 7.8 to 8.1 version
