In OUI the Dispatch board time zone is not shown on following scenarios,
1). When there are child service regions, either the first or last employee's service region timezone is being shown instead of the selected service region's timezone.
2). Timezone is not displayed when there are no employees for a particular service region.
While selecting the service region the respective time zone should be displayed.
In some scenarios the time zone is not getting displayed or wrongly displayed when there are child service regions.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Create a Service region and a child region set different time zone for both
SR Parent -
(GMT+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi
SR Child -
(GMT+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna
Siebel Admin - SR Child
ERM Guest - SR Parent.
Select child time zone...
Select parent time zone now...
Here even though the child Service Region employee listed first the time zone correctly changed to the proper time zone of SR Parent here..
Here the respective time zone and user list is not getting changed.
Due to this issue, users unable to know the respective time zones which leads to confusion.
