Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.5 [21229] version, Siebel Loyalty

When attempting to process a redemption transaction for a member that has sufficient points, the transaction is rejected and
the following error occurs.

"SBL-LTY-00107: There are not sufficient points available to redeem."
