How To Remove LOV From Pick Recipient Pick List (Doc ID 1923445.1)

How  to remove LOV from Recipient/Template invoked from F9 functionality?

When checking for LOV_TYPE = ‘COMM_RECIP_SRC’ in the LOV Administration view, the only values for Service Request screen are: Service Request Contact and Service Request Owner (which is what users would like to display only).

However, there are additional values displayed in the pick list:
- Member
- Current Primary Care Provider
- New Primary Care Provider

How to remove these values from the list?
