Issue Cannot Get Service – SBL-UIF-00275 – 8.1.1.11 PatchSet 10

Cannot get service: XXX BS.(SBL-UIF-00275)


STEPS
-----------------------

Product Defect (BUG 17669830) in 8.1.1.11 was fixed in PatchSet 3 (Patch id:18027681).

But after installing Patchset 10, same error (bug) is shown.
We have tried the workaround >

The Menu "CRA Generic WEB" contained a child Menu Item "Help - About Record".
After activating this item, but the problem is still not resolved.

We have several functional processes where we noticed this issue with different technical ways:

- Call Business Service in Browser script
- Call Business Service in Server script (Applet Server Script "Load" function)

Lot of these functional cases are customized but one seems to be more vanilla : Try to open an iHelp => Issue occurs.
