Siebel Services Not Getting Registered In Solaris Cluster

Customer is trying to setup a clustered environment, but one of the clustered nodes is not getting properly registered in Solaris cluster.

The Siebel Server processes are getting properly spawned, but the server appears as "handshake failed" when executing "list servers".
