Problem Setting The "Default Position” Property In Assignment Object

Symptoms
When setting the “Default position” parameter in the assignment object level to the name of the position instead of the position id the following error occurs:
SBL-CSC-00211: Unable to get sql statement ASGN_OBJECT_DEFAULT_POSITION_COUNT
If the row_id of the position is set no error is encountered and assignment manager works fine.
As per the bookshelf, we need to set the position name in “Default Position” parameter.
