Siebel Life Sciences: Unscheduled Subject Visits Are Not Getting Deleted during Application of a New Subject Visit Template (SVT)

When Withdrawing Subject from a Study, not all the expected visits are deleted
If the Subject Status matches with the user property configured values(i.e.
in OOTB Screen Failure and Early Terminated ),then system will delete
non completed future visits for that subject. That means system will delete
all the subject visits where Subject Status Date is Not blank and Completed
Flag ='N' and visit due Date is > Subject Status Date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Subject
2. Add Visit Records by applying a Subject Visit Template (SVT) and then manually creating some Unscheduled Visits
3. Early Terminate the Subject from the study
4. Visits of Type "Unscheduled Visit" are not removed despite meeting the criteria described in the bookshelf
