Goal

How to use F9 integrated Microsoft Outlook in 8.1.1.11 OpenUI mode?

Currently after upgrade to OpenUI mode, the F9 with External Email Client pop up the MS Outlook Email Client but it does not seem to be working.
The activities Email - Outbound does not reflect change made on the email clients and HTML and attachment is not working too.
