When attempting to access Siebel Application Object Manager after applying Patchset 8, 'server busy' error shows up and the following error is found in the OM logs.
ObjMgrSessionLog ObjMgrLogin 3 0000000253f20c48:0 2014-08-18 19:01:21 Login failed for Login name : SADMIN
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Apply 188.8.131.52 PS8 on top of Siebel Gateway, Siebel Server(s) and SWSE(s).
2. Access the Siebel application through the web client, the server busy error shows up. The SBL-DAT-00340 can be found in AOM logs.
