Not Able To See New (+) Button in Siebel Open UI Calendar

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Client Functionality
Open UI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to create a calendar invite against an Opportunity the '+' (New Record) button is NOT shown. However, in the ActiveX client, the 'New' button IS shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The 'New Record' button should be visible in Open UI as it is in ActiveX.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the 'eCalendar Monthly Applet Without Employee' set:
Enable Owner Picker: N
2. Compile the applet into the SRF.
3. In ActiveX client go to Opportunities > Calendar
4. The 'New' button is available.
5. Go to Open UI client > Opportunities > Calendar. The '+' button (New Record) is NOT shown.
