Check If Broadcast Message Are Read In OpenUI (Doc ID 1927544.1)

In OpenUI version 8.1.1.11 the message broadcast are now available on the right hand corner of the screen besides the PDQ's.

While setting the Message Broadcast there is a feature available "Set As Unread", there is no documentation available for this. Is there a way that an Admin can check if the message that is broadcasted is being Read by any user? Since "Set as Unread" button re-enables the Message, thus there must be a mechanism to check if the message was Read somewhere?
