CancelQueryTimeOut Parameter Causes Server Crash in OpenUI (Doc ID 1927683.1)

Using Open UI, enable the CancelQueryTimeOut Parameter.  Query for a record and do 'alt+enter' or use 'Execute Query' on the application toolbar multiple times. 

This causes an application crash with:

Session Warning Error Message 

Reproducible Steps
1.Set the parameter 'CancelQueryTimeOut' to 10 at the Object Manger level.
2.Restart the Component.
3.Log in to Application.
4.Navigate to Accounts and Query for Account and Click Go.
5.Later click Execute Query multiple times

Session Warning Error Message is displayed.

Close the session and login again. User is able to login to the application with no Server Restart required.
