On : 8.1.1.10 [23021] version, EIM

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EIM is unable to populate S_ALERT_CUT.BILL_PROFILE_ID although the EIM_ALERT_CUT - BILL_NAME, BILL_ACCNT_NAME, BILL_ACCNT_LOC, BILL_ACCNT_BU are populated correctly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
EIM already has mappings to this Foreign Key column and should be able to populate S_ALERT_CUT.BILL_PROFILE_ID

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load data into EIM_ALERT_CUT
2. Run EIM
