These steps and example data are intended to help illustrate how to test/verify Siebel UCM Guided Merge and Merge functionality. The example uses Accounts, but the same steps can be applied to Contact records as well.
These steps have been tested by Oracle Support and confirmed to be working, thus you should perform the same steps (with the same example data) onsite to ensure it works in your environment. You may also use these steps to compare against your test case as part of the troubleshooting effort.
