Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.11 SIA [23030] version, Security / Authentication

When attempting to implement Oracle LDAP,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

 SBL-SEC-10018: Insufficient access
 SBL-SEC-10010: The requested password does not conform to our password policy. Please review password requirements and select a new password.
 SBL-SEC-10010: The requested password does not conform to our password policy. Please review password requirements and select a new password.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Oracle Ldap
2. Start Siebel
3. See the error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authenticate with Oracle LDAP
