Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer navigates to Communications List screen and selects a record to Reply to with a Contact record. This then opens the Outgoing Message Applet.
If you click on Contact widget and then from pop-up Contact Applet select a Contact record.
The Contact record value is displayed in the top left hand side of the Contact control field.
If you then come out and the go BACK into Communications List screen and select the same record to Reply to.
This then opens the Outgoing Message Applet.
If you look at the Contact record control field you will now see that the Contact record value is displayed in the bottom right hand of the field
