SBL-DAT-00175 Error On JMSReceiver Component During RAC Database Shutdown (Doc ID 1931551.1)

It is possible to configuration this component to retrieve a new database connection when a SBL-DAT-00175 error occurs?

Backrgound: In the  architecture where Siebel CRM database has been hosted on two nodes of Oracle RAC instance,
one of two nodes was regularly restarted (reboot) without stopping Siebel CRM Application Server.
After db node restart the MT-enenabled JMSReceiver component was thrown the "SBL-DAT-00175 Database connection was lost, please retry." error
 when it woke up for message processsing idle after 1 or 2 hours of waiting on empty JMS Queue.
