Symptoms


When attempting to install software 8.1.1.11, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error in CreateOUIProcess(): 5

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will at customer environment with the following steps:
1. create software image
2. start installation process, running setup.bat
3. it fails with mentioned error
